Maria Dolores Gomez works as a staff researcher of CSIC (Spanish National Research Council) at the Institute for Plant Molecular and Cellular Biology (IBMCP), . In 2000 she took a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology in the University of Valencia. From 1997 to 2007 she acted as Head of Microscopy Lab in IBMCP. From 2007 to date she is a member of the Hormonal Signalling of Development of fruits and seeds group Group. She has written several articles and Patents in the Plant Biology area. For several years she has acted as an instructor at the Master in Molecular, Cellular and Genetics Biology (University of Valencia) and Master in Plant Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology (Polytechnic University of Valencia).
